With a dedicated schedule of 35 hours per week, youll serve as an essential resource for both students and staff while helping to create an inclusive and accessible educational experience.

• Active Indiana licensure as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (IN TVI License) required
• Experience working with students with visual impairments across various grade levels
• Proficiency in adapting curriculum, materials, and technology to meet student needs
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Positive, flexible approach to problem-solving in a school-based setting

• Provide direct instruction and consultation services to K12 students with visual impairments
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to modify instructional strategies and environments
• Conduct functional vision assessments and assistive technology recommendations
• Develop and monitor IEP goals related to visual impairment
