As the data center market experiences unprecedented growth, we are expanding our team to support the long‑term deployment of large‑scale, mission‑critical infrastructure across key regional clusters.
What You’ll Do- Manage the successful deployment of multiple greenfield data centers, including BMS and EPMS scopes.
- Receive design team applications and deploy them to each site.
- Manage large capital projects in Procore, including L1‑L5 startup and commissioning support.
- Oversee material receiving and transfer, observation tracking and closeout, schedule tracking, RFI management, and staffing communication.
- Lead the deployment team responsible for thousands of device check‑outs and configuration of communication protocols for switch gear, breakers, power meters, and other equipment.
- Configure and calibrate instruments such as meters, VFDs, and flow meters.
- Deploy and commission Ignition applications, Rockwell controls, and other control systems involving PLCs and SCADA.
- Provide guidance and leadership to Design Group subcontractors (electricians) onsite.
- Maintain budget and forecasting skills and enforce Design Group safety procedures.
- Conduct client interfacing and manage vendor relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience starting up control systems with significant onsite time.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work within large teams composed of Design Group professionals, trades, a GC, and the client.
- Passion for the success of teams and projects.
- The Deployment Project Manager must reside in the vicinity of the data center campus and should expect a high level of site presence.
- Relocation timing is negotiable, depending on location and opportunity.

The approximate pay range for this position is $100-$150k. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
