Dealer Trainee – $2,000 Graduation Bonus

Join Four Winds Casinos to learn an exciting new career in gaming. This role offers a $2,000 graduation bonus after completing the training program.

Overview

The training program begins January 18, 2026 at our South Bend location. Attendees will spend 8 hours each day, five days a week, for two weeks. The curriculum covers Blackjack, Four Card Frenzy, and Louisiana Stud. Classes are held from 9 pm to 5 pm (please confirm the exact daily schedule). All classes are free to qualified applicants. Attendance is mandatory; all absences must be reported in advance.

Responsibilities
  • Attend mandatory classes for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for two consecutive weeks.
  • Learn and master the indicated casino games.
  • Demonstrate excellent math, dexterity, and customer‑service skills.
  • Arrive on time; a tardiness of 10 minutes or more constitutes an unexcused absence.
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Qualification Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 2 Casino Gaming License.
  • Must avoid unexcused absences and tardiness beyond the limits stated above.
  • Physical ability to work full‑time training hours and prepare for potential future shifts.
Background and Compliance

All candidates must complete a criminal background check, credit check, and drug screen before training can begin. Successful licensure is required by the Pokagon Band Gaming Commission.

Training Environment

The training environment is loud and smoky, typical of a casino setting. Trainees will be exposed to high‑volume crowd noise.

Closing

Upon completion, dealers may be offered a position; however, a successful audition does not guarantee employment.
