Salary Range: $100,000 - $250,000 (eligible for sales incentive compensation)

LPL Financial partners with banks to provide a full range of financial services to clients. As a Financial Advisor associated with LPL Financial (not an employee of LPL), you will join the Investment Program at 1st Source Bank and work with a dedicated team focused on helping clients at every stage of their financial life.

• Serve an existing book of business upon hire
• Build a strong client base through the bank’s exceptional referral system

• Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) required
• Insurance license required
• Three or more years of investment sales experience
