Director of Finance
Location: South Bend, IN 46617
Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 + Bonus
A privately held and rapidly growing company is looking for a Director of Finance to help guide its next phase of growth.
This position serves as a key advisor to executive leadership and provides the opportunity to influence strategic business decisions while leading a high-performing finance team.
Responsibilities- Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations
- Manage cash flow and financial planning
- Develop and mentor finance team members

- Finance or Accounting degree
- 8+ years of leadership experience
