Patient Resource Advocate – Claim Aid

You will serve as an expert who supports individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage. Claim Aid has a thorough training program to prepare Advocates to obtain their Indiana Navigator license, a requirement of the position.

This is a full-time position. Benefits for Patient Resource Advocates include:

• Must possess or be willing & able to obtain the Indiana Navigator License
• Administrative work experience and organizational expertise
• Customer service experience and maintaining a professional, positive demeanor
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience following HIPAA regulations
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience valued
