Housing Administrator

Full‑time, Day Shift.

• Plan, organize, and direct the overall operations of the residence program.
• Supervise day‑to‑day operations and all activities at the residence.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and internal policies.

• Current, unencumbered, active license as RCA or HFA in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology, community relations, customer service, or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Previous experience in assisted living or with the geriatric population preferred.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
