Right at Home South Bend, a trusted provider of in-home care and assistance, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend On-Call Caregiver to join our team. As a Weekend On-Call Caregiver, you will provide essential companion care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation services to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality companion care, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care assistance (as needed)
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families by providing emotional support and companionship
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in the care-giving industry (CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Compassionate and patient nature, with a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others
- Part-time schedule with flexible hours, including weekends
