. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned HR executive to step into a high-impact, transformative role with direct influence on the company’s growth and culture.

The Director of HR will play a central role in modernizing HR practices, embedding high-performance systems, and shaping a culture of accountability, engagement, and trust.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the President and senior leadership to design and execute people and culture strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to build high-performing teams.
- Modernize HR systems, policies, and processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Drive employee engagement and embed a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance, ensuring competitive, transparent, and equitable practices.
- Guide the organization through change with clarity, empathy, and consistency.
The Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, with proven success as a strategic partner to executives.
- Experience leading cultural transformation and organizational design.
- Strong background in HR systems, talent development, and performance management.
- Adept at using data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and values-driven leader.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or consumer products environment strongly desired; family-owned business experience is a plus.
