Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
About The Company And Opportunity- CFS is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to identify a Human Resources Manager.

- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Attendance, Point System, Safety
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
- At least four years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, with experience in a manufacturing environment
- Thorough knowledge of labor and employment laws Proven ability to build rapport with all employees
- Highly effective communication and leadership skills
$90,000 - $115,000
