We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our growth initiatives. This role will drive revenue through the development and execution of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement efforts while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content development, trade shows, and brand promotion.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to align messaging and maximize impact.
• Track and report on sales and marketing performance, ensuring accountability and results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, preferably in B2B or industrial markets.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, account management, and marketing execution.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and managing budgets effectively.
