Overview
ITU Absorb Tech is seeking a Production Heavy Operator for the 1st shift in South Bend, IN. This role focuses on loading and unloading equipment, operating industrial washers and driers, and ensuring proper product handling.
Responsibilities- Load and unload box trucks.
- Sort, fold, separate, and count received items.
- Operate industrial‑sized washers and driers.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing or walking for an 8‑hour shift).
- A positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and a focus on safety.
Pay: $17.29 per hour. 1st shift: 5 am–1:30 pm, Monday‑Friday. No holidays.
