JB Poindexter & Co (JBPCO) is a privately held diversified manufacturing company forecasting $3B in annual revenue and 10,000 team members in 2025. JBPCO provides best-in-class commercial automotive and industrial vehicles. The nine operating subsidiaries, covering approximately 70 locations, manufacture commercial truck bodies, step-vans, utility trucks, ambulances, funeral coaches, limousines, electric and alternative fuel vehicles, pickup truck bed enclosures, and expandable foam plastic packaging.

The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program is an accelerated two-year rotation designed to identify future leaders for JB Poindexter & Co. Participants will spend six months in an operations or supply chain position at one of our manufacturing businesses, rotating across multiple locations in Elkhart, IN;
Sturgis, MI;
Reading, PA;
Morgantown, PA. Each rotation will allow participants to learn about operations, the broader business unit, and develop an Individual Development Plan. Program participants will report directly to our Corporate VP of Operations, who will serve as an executive-level mentor during the program. Upon completion, candidates will be offered a leadership position in one of our manufacturing locations within the United States.

• Rotate through six-month operations or supply chain assignments across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Develop and manage an Individual Development Plan in collaboration with the program.
• Report to the Corporate VP of Operations and receive executive-level mentorship.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate measurable achievements in manufacturing or supply chain operations.

• MBA degree from an accredited four-year university with a focus on operations, supply chain, business, or entrepreneurship; G.P.A. 3.5 or higher.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on supply chain or mechanical engineering experience on the plant floor working directly for a discrete manufacturer (e.g., automotive, machinery, durable goods).
• Proven manufacturing experience demonstrating measurable achievements, preferably in management or leadership roles.
• Experience in operations, supply chain, or engineering.
• Roles in leadership positions in school and or at work.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong and lasting relationships.
• May be required to relocate during the program.

Manufacturing locations within the United States; candidates must be flexible in terms of location during and after the program.
