Custom Millwork & Display has been building custom architectural millwork and cabinetry since 2005 and is one of the leading fabricators in the tri‑state area. Our products are entirely custom and made to order primarily for commercial installation.

Job OverviewCustom Millwork & Display, a progressive manufacturer of fine architectural millwork and cabinetry is seeking an experienced, well organized, Custom Mill worker. We offer a team environment with a competitive wage and benefit package including health/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation, holidays and 401(k).
Essential Functions- Measure and mark materials to verify dimensions.
- Communicate any discrepancies and inconsistencies of material or work order.
- Establish the specifications of materials to be constructed or repaired and plan methods and operations for shaping and assembling, based on blueprints and work order instructions.
- Identify and report any defective materials or questionable conditions.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and safely.
- Follow all prescribed safety regulations.
- Previous woodworking experience required.
- Ability to work both independently and with others.
- Ability to communicate clearly with other employees.
- Proficient use of both hand and power tools.
- Mechanical ability for both large and small equipment.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Strong mathematical skills.
