Factory Service Worker
Location: South Bend, Indiana
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety protocols and use required PPE.
Operate and inspect sit-down and stand-up forklifts daily.
Label and stage containers for production and waste.
Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including logging and inspections.
Transport waste to designated areas and prepare shipments.
Operate compactor and cardboard baler for recycling.
Coordinate with plant teams on material disposal and returns.
Assist with loading/unloading tankers and supplier pickups.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year experience in warehouse or similar job duties.
Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
Basic knowledge of safety and environmental compliance.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience with hazardous waste handling.
Familiarity with labeling and inventory systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $20/hr + $1 Shift Differential.
