CNC Milling Operations Supervisor – Aerospace Components

Location:

South Bend, IN 46628A day in this role

When you walk into our South Bend machining center, your day starts with a quick stand-up: you review the schedule, assign priorities for short-run jobs, and ensure the team is set up to hit quality and delivery targets. You’ll keep a close eye on tight-tolerance aerospace fuel control components moving through both 3–4 axis and 5-axis vertical machining centers. Between quality checks and equipment inspections, you coach operators, jump in to troubleshoot a stubborn program, and fine-tune workflows so hot jobs land on time.

Before you wrap, you’ll document production, escalate improvement ideas, and line up tomorrow’s plan.
