Hoosier Spring Co., a well-established precision manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate in South Bend, IN.

If you have experience operating machines, working in manufacturing, or simply enjoy hands-on work and have a strong eye for quality, they will train you on the rest!

• Operate 2-3 production machines and monitor the manufacturing process
• Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications
• Load and position raw materials for production
• Monitor parts as they move through the production process
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain specifications
• Use precision measuring tools to verify product dimensions
• Follow job specifications and customer requirements
• Troubleshoot production issues and respond to changing variables
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
