• Deliver patient-centered care alongside physicians in a collaborative clinic setting.

• Record vital signs and chief complaints
• Assist with exams, procedures, and treatments
• Administer injections and perform basic testing
• Educate patients and families on medications and care plans

• Schedule tests, referrals, and admissions
• Maintain accurate charts and records
• Call in prescriptions per provider instructions
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide clinical advice under supervision

• Prepare exam rooms and instruments
• Monitor supplies and medications
• Follow infection control and OSHA safety standards
• Ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in Indiana
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (medical office preferred)
• CPR (BCLS) certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and patient safety

• Fast-paced outpatient clinic
• Frequent interaction with patients, families, and providers
• Exposure to infectious materials and bodily fluids
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient mobility
