Director of Nursing

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in South Bend, IN. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee nursing operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a positive work environment.

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Manage nursing budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Promote continuous education and professional development for nursing staff.
• Monitor and improve patient care quality and safety standards.
• Address and resolve patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
• Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Nursing Administration or related field is a plus.
