We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in South Bend, IN. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist with daily activities, and support the healthcare team in delivering excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Indiana.
- Proven experience as an LPN or in a similar nursing role.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
