Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for researching and identifying prospective buyers within particular market segments, bringing awareness to our products and services, and converting leads into pipeline opportunity for our sales team to close. This is an in-person, in-office position or remote.
Primary Responsibilities- Research, identify, manage contact data, and generate/nurture leads that yield an appointment set with a prospective buyer target.
- Optimize list‑building and contact management tools (Linked In, Zoom Info, Definitive Healthcare, etc.).
- Summarize key prospective buyer triggers, drivers, and/or profiles into CRM or other tools to manage and quantify a funnel of target opportunity.
- Execute templated cadences for email, telephone, postal mail, social media, and other outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads and advance them to the next step in our company’s sales cycle.
- Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure strong communication and proper handoffs.
- Accurately enter and maintain clean data in CRM.
- Report prospecting activities completed, and new opportunities identified/appointments set.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, preferably Sugar
CRM. - Self‑motivated and driven with great time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about sales and customer experience.
- Willing and ready to exemplify HHIT’s core values on a daily basis.
- Responsible for protecting data entrusted to HHIT by customers or other parties by strictly adhering to HHIT’s data security and privacy policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA, PIPEDA, and all other applicable law.
- Speaking and writing English is a requirement for this position.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
