As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Team Member in South Bend, IN
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. The role is part‑time, offering flexible scheduling via our Claim a Shift platform. You will monitor and patrol designated locations, remain highly visible to deter security‑related incidents, conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and provide exceptional customer service through clear communication. $18.20 per hour

• Wed 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Fri 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Sat 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• Preferred:
  Access control or badge experience.
• Preferred:
  Customer service experience.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Consideration given to qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
