Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician
At Walmart, we’re expanding our workforce across local retail stores and are actively recruiting Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you possess relevant experience in this field, we invite you to bring your skills to our fast‑paced and welcoming work environment.

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility’s refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets by utilizing commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills and using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair work orders to support stores and store associates and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by performing work according to Walmart’s refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.

• 2 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large‑scale rack refrigeration experience.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Base pay range: $23.00/hr – $45.00/hr individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications. Eligible for bonus incentive.
