What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair a wide range of major appliances from various manufacturers, adhering to all guidelines and requirements.
- Collaborat
e with a team of skilled technicians internal and external to ensure customer satisfaction. - Complete daily paperwork and perform parts lookups
- Create a welcoming service environment in customers' homes, delivering not just repairs but an exceptional service experience.

- Proficient computer skills for navigating web-based applications.
- Experience with major household appliances, especially in sealed systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; must pass a background check (no felonies).
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proficiency to navigate web-based technology
- Household appliance experience including sealed systems.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Occasionally required to stretch, climb, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
