** As a Driver Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced drivers to:
* Assist with product deliveries to retail and on-premise accounts
* Learn delivery routes, customer service skills, and safety procedures
* Train to earn your
** Class-A CDL
** and become a full-time Route Driver
* Get a great workout while working in a fast-paced, physical environment--

** with CDL permit* **$25/hour
** with Class-A CDL

** Minimum Requirements**
* ** 21 years or older
*** High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
* Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record (no DWI/OWI)
* Ability to pass:  + Drug screen  + Criminal background check  + DOT physical  + Essential functions screening  + MVR review
* Ability to obtain a
** Class-A CDL
** and
** Salesman’s Permit
*** Commitment to responsible alcohol handling and compliance with all laws--
- ** Physical Requirements
** This is a physically demanding role. You must be able to:
* Lift up to
** 160 lbs
** from ground level
* Push/pull up to
** 2,100 lbs
** with a pallet jack
* Lift
** 30 lbs overhead
** and climb in/out of trucks repeatedly
* Perform repetitive movements including bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing stairs or ramps--
