Pay:
Starting at $18 an hour
New South Bend, IN distribution center! Startup hours are M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM, shifting to M-F, 10 AM to 7 PM once the DC officially opens in 2027.SUMMARY: The Order Filler keeps customer orders moving by pulling, checking, and packing parts accurately and on time. This role follows standard procedures to make sure every shipment is correct and well protected before it leaves the building.
YOUR
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Follow procedures for pulling and checking orders.
Verify the accuracy of orders and relabel outgoing shipments.
Check and pack orders according to the packing slip, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Select appropriate shipping containers to ensure maximum product protection.
Clean work area at the end of each shift.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse experience.
Ability to accurately match part numbers.
Basic proficiency using the Internet and/or computer systems to locate information.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
