* Monitor and evaluate production flow, operator movement, and equipment layout.
* Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.
* Lead and participate in Kaizen events.
* Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, quality, and procurement.
* Identify and execute CAPEX and cost-out projects.
* Solve problems with urgency while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.
* Use engineering tools and software to analyze data and prepare reports.### ### Your Background
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communicator with cross-functional teams.
* Proficient in engineering software and data analysis tools.###
