**### The Opportunity You’ll work hands-on to analyze operations, develop smarter processes, and ensure our systems run smoothly and safely. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.### ### How You’ll Make an Impact
* Monitor and assess production flow, operator movement, and equipment layout.
* Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.
* Lead and participate in Kaizen events to enhance efficiency.
* Develop and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work documentation.
* Collaborate with teams across production, ITM, maintenance, quality, and procurement.
* Identify and execute CAPEX and cost-reduction projects.
* Solve operational challenges while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.
* Use engineering software to analyze data and generate reports.### ### Your Background
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
* Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communicator across diverse teams and disciplines.
* Proficient in engineering software and data analysis tools.###
