** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

*** Lead the end-to-end tendering process for Power Transformers.
* Analyze market intelligence and competitor proposals to shape winning strategies.
* Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management to develop compelling proposals.
* Coordinate proposal submissions to align with internal standards and customer expectations.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
* Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
* Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to gather critical information and pricing.
** Your Background
*** Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering, bids, or proposals management within the energy sector.
* Proven ability to analyze market data and develop competitive bid strategies.
* Skilled in managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and proposal development.
* Demonstrated negotiation expertise with a customer-focused mindset.
