** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Lead the evaluation and installation of new manufacturing equipment.
* Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies.
* Collaborate with supply chain teams to assess supplier capabilities.
* Design scalable, high-quality manufacturing processes.
* Optimize layouts and workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
* Drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies.
* Provide technical support to engineering and production teams.
* Manage contractors and vendors during equipment installation.### ###
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
* 8+ years of experience in process, reliability, or manufacturing engineering.
* Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and validation.
* Experience leading CAPEX projects and managing external partners.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.###
