Tender and Proposal Manager – Power Transformers

In this role, you’ll drive competitive proposals, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning strategies in a global organization powered by innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities and expectations include ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Lead the end-to-end tendering process for Power Transformers.
• Analyze market intelligence and competitor proposals to shape winning strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management to develop compelling proposals.
• Coordinate proposal submissions to align with internal standards and customer expectations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to gather critical information and pricing.

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering, bids, or proposals management within the energy sector.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and develop competitive bid strategies.
• Skilled in managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and proposal development.
• Demonstrated negotiation expertise with a customer-focused mindset.
