Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Lead the end‑to‑end tendering process for Power Transformers.
• Analyze market intelligence and competitor proposals to shape winning strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management to develop compelling proposals.
• Coordinate proposal submissions to align with internal standards and customer expectations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to gather critical information and pricing.

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering, bids, or proposals management within the energy sector.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and develop competitive bid strategies.
• Skilled in managing multiple complex projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and proposal development.
