Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end tendering process for Power Transformers.
- Analyze market intelligence and competitor proposals to shape winning strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management to develop compelling proposals.
- Coordinate proposal submissions to align with internal standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
- Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to gather critical information and pricing.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering, bids, or proposals management within the energy sector.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and develop competitive bid strategies.
- Skilled in managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and proposal development.
- Demonstrated negotiation expertise with a customer-focused mindset.
