* Perform electrical tests including power factor, impulse, and temperature runs
* Calibrate instruments and troubleshoot test equipment
* Create Certified Test Reports using basic computer skills
* Collaborate with Engineering to explain test results and resolve issues
* Pull standard and G&O liquid samples
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings
* Cross-train in multiple skills and assist in training others
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines### Your background
* Associate degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics
* Experience in electrical testing or lab environments preferred
* Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Basic computer proficiency
* Willingness to work overtime, including weekends
