** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
* Prepare and analyze financial performance reports, including earned value analysis.
* Manage invoicing, revenue recognition, and cash flow for projects.
* Support project managers with data-driven financial insights.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and contractual obligations.
* Collaborate across departments to align financial objectives.
* Drive continuous improvement of project control processes and tools.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years in a multinational environment.
* Strong knowledge of financial functions in engineering/manufacturing industries.
* Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and planning skills.
* Familiarity with SAP Project Module.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CPIM) or MBA preferred.
