Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Lead training programs that boost performance and engagement.
* Partner with leadership and HR to enhance onboarding experiences.
* Track and analyze training KPIs for continuous improvement.
* Maintain and optimize training management systems.
* Develop materials using adult learning principles.
* Drive accountability for employee capability development.
* Benchmark best practices and share insights across teams.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience designing and delivering training programs.
* Hands-on experience with lean management systems.
* Proven success in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Expertise in coaching and adult learning methodologies.
