Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

*** Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
* Oversee production scheduling to align with demand plans and inventory levels.
* Identify and recommend improvements to equipment and facilities.
* Ensure timely execution of production processes and on-time delivery.
* Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing performance improvements.
* Resolve critical product or equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams.
* Guide, motivate, and develop team members to achieve goals.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
* 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
* Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos).
* Knowledge of workforce management and resource optimization.
