SRV (Serene Republic of Venice) is a Venetian‑inspired restaurant located in Boston’s South End. Our menu draws from the bacari along the canals of Venice, serving cicchetti (small bites), house‑made pastas, risotto cooked to order, and a rotating chef’s selection of dishes known as the Arsenale.
With a decade of history, we are deeply committed to our team, our guests, and our neighbors, maintaining high standards of food, beverage, service, and hospitality.
Responsibilities- Direct and manage the daytime prep team, ensuring efficient and effective delegation of SRV’s prep sheets.
- Execute hands‑on culinary tasks throughout the day, preparing and supervising the execution of various daily recipes.
- Collaborate directly with SRV’s kitchen leadership team.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of prep sheets and ordering guides.
- Oversee the reception and organization of all incoming food orders.
- Maintain the highest standards of kitchen organization.
- Demonstrated experience working in kitchens of a similar caliber.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and maintain focus while managing short‑ and long‑term projects.
- Possesses strong organizational skills and the capacity to establish and maintain high standards.
- A keen focus on operational efficiency.
