Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Traffic & Purchasing Coordinator to join their team onsite in their Dayton office. This is a temporary position that will start immediately and continue based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work Saturdays as needed during peak season.

• Support Managers through the creation of POs
• Follow up with vendors to ensure POs are matched to invoices and invoices are processed in a timely manner
• Maintain Excel files to track invoices and budget
• Maintain a log of shipments and match to invoices ensuring projects are billed in a timely manner
• Code invoices and maintain weekly vendor files
• Scan claim documents
• Maintain log of claims to ensure value of loss is tracked
• Initiate authorization forms for the shipping of materials to be approved
• Support with admin tasks as needed including creating signs, maintaining filing systems, etc.
• Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Excel experience
