Senior Account Manager

Impact XM is seeking a Senior Account Manager who thrives on creating experiential, high-impact events that leave a lasting impression. If you are a seasoned event professional who can combine strategy with meticulous execution, client service with operational excellence, and leadership with hands‑on delivery, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Account Manager at Impact XM, you’ll be both the strategic partner and tactical lead for some of our most exciting corporate and experiential programs. From immersive brand activations and executive summits to global conferences and customer‑facing experiences, you’ll manage every detail to deliver memorable, results‑driven events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for multi‑day, multi‑track experiential events—including agenda design, venue sourcing, content, production, hospitality, and on‑site delivery.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, cultivating senior‑level relationships and positioning Impact XM as a trusted advisor.
  • Translate client goals into immersive event experiences that tell a story, engage audiences, and drive measurable business results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Production, Digital, Content) to ensure seamless, brand‑aligned delivery.
  • Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, financial tracking, and reconciliation—ensuring strong program margins and fiscal accountability.
  • Coach and mentor Account Managers and Coordinators, fostering a collaborative culture and developing the next generation of client service leaders.
What You’ll Bring
  • 4+ years’ experience in Account Management or Senior Account Management within events, experiential, or agency environments.
  • Proven success managing large‑scale corporate and experiential events, including press conferences, leadership meetings, global experiences, and brand activations.
  • Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, respond quickly, and build lasting trust.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and margin accountability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can lead a client meeting with confidence and clarity.
  • A collaborative spirit and mentoring mindset, able to inspire teams and elevate colleagues.
  • Passion for experiential storytelling, audience engagement, and delivering unforgettable event moments.
