At IWG, we are leading the way in providing flexible workspace solutions across more than 120 countries worldwide. Join us to help bring more freedom to people and businesses while growing your career path.
The opportunityAs a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a vibrant community within your center while handling all administrative and support needs. Your goal is to enable customers to focus on running their businesses.
A typical day at IWGYou arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and that nothing has been missed by cleaners.
Throughout the day you assist customers: changing Wi‑Fi codes, tracking packages, directing meeting room locations, and setting up projectors. You also manage invoices and service tickets through our portal.
You take coffee breaks and handle mail while continuing to attend to customer requests. In the afternoon you help with printing, invoicing, and temperature or other facility issues.
You collaborate with the Community Manager on networking events, creating e‑invites, printing posters, and inviting prospects to join the IWG community.
At the close of the day you manage group wrap‑ups, suggest nearby restaurants, and tidy the space before heading home.
