• Over 4,000 Full-Time Associates across the Supply Chain

This position works closely with internal partners, operations leadership, and external vendors in the implementation and support of process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

The Industrial Engineer position is located in South Brunswick, NJ.

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

• Learn about Williams-Sonoma’s business practices across our domestic warehousing network
• Analyze processes and systems across the supply chain and leverage cross-functional partnerships to drive process improvement and waste reduction
• Create standard operating procedures and labor standards for all warehousing processes, and maintain the engineering configuration for Labor Management platforms where applicable
• Develop skills in project development and justification including vendor selection, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI estimation
• Support capital projects - Gather requirements, create layouts and process flows, manage vendors and budgets, and maintain communication with all stakeholders
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or similar engineering discipline
• At least 0 - 1 year in a technically related field
