• Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
• Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion.
• Obtain Certification and Accreditation Report using security audit techniques, following a pre‑determined security and privacy checklist and Transaction.
• Schedule and plan the interactive “info‑exchange‑sessions” meetings – JAD Sessions with SME’s, technical leads, and Business Users for gathering, sharing and getting sign off for all stages of the requirement process.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits and recommend a taxonomy outline for company‑wide documentation usage, storage, and management.
• Use various tools such as Jira, Rally, Sharepoint, MS Excel, MS Office, PEGA, Java, SQL developer, Oracle DB etc.

• Minimum education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Business Administration, or related.
• Scrum Master Certification required.
