Special Requirements

Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Science, or Related. 1 year experience as Technical Consultant or Scrum Master. Scrum Master Certification.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Agile and Scrum principles in the teams. Facilitate, Servant Lead, Coach and train the team in all the Scrum ceremonies like daily scrum meetings, Sprint planning, Product Backlog Grooming, Sprint review and Sprint retrospective.
  • Participate with the team in story point estimations using techniques like poker planning across, Fibonacci series in the timeframe of the project for sprint user stories during the sprint planning sessions.
  • Facilitate the SLA meetings between the policy and the billing teams along with the compliance and legal team and other external partners.
  • Implement SOA architecture and orchestration of web services to better reuse of the data and the processes for the new system.
  • Chalk out the release plan and roadmap with the Product Owner, Project Manager and release train engineer
  • Work with the application domain architects to design and implement REST web services.
  • Draft and maintain business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements
  • Manage the project-related artifacts, features and user stories on Team Foundation Software.
  • Manage the implementation cycle to include adherence to critical dates, testing, escalations, prioritization and customer communications.
  • Recommend operational improvements based on tracking and analysis of customer payments data.
  • Create dashboards using Adobe Analytics & Tableau in order to generate reports for business analytics and performance improvement.
  • Track and manage the progress of both onshore and offshore teams using Agile Scrum Methodology
  • Organize Scrum Meetings on an ongoing basis to ensure project completion in an iterative way.
  • Ensure that the final user documentation effectively conveys the information the client needs.
