Inbound Clerk – South Brunswick, NJ
You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company
- Utilize Williams-Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to guide daily activities and support other associates
- Gather information, prepare, update, and publish DC reports
- Close Pool, OT, and Furniture loads as needed
- Close UPS manifests as needed
- Research and publish OS&D reports as needed
- Assist Lead with load planning as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months’ experience with RF scanners
- Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented on reports and communications
- Customer Service experience required
- PKMS/HUBM/CCUI systems experience required
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge—Outlook, Excel, and Access
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure and be a fast learner
- Excellent attendance and willingness to work as part of a team
- Full-time availability, including weekends or holidays as needed
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout the day
- Able to use a computer for extended periods
- Lifting and moving up to 65 lbs with or without accommodation
