South Brunswick, NJ – Hybrid, 80% in office, 20% remote

Pay
: $67,200 – $100,800

Shift
:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures across the region.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Design and deliver safety training programs for employees and managers.
• Analyze safety metrics, monitor compliance, and report findings to senior leadership.
• Foster a safety culture that encourages proactive risk management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field or five years of safety or management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience designing and implementing safety programs.
