Our Store Managers lead teams to maximize the financial output of their stores through the optimization of talent, operational execution, and delivering a rewarding customer experience. Our Store Managers act with urgency and are driven to achieve results. They thrive on building high performance teams that execute with excellence.
Salary: $61,450 – $88,320 (depends on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience). Eligible for a quarterly bonus. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, and a 401(k) plan. Paid time off up to 200 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays), and sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
Work hours:
6 am – 10 pm.

Requirements Experience- Minimum of two years of retail management experience
- Bachelor’s / Associate’s Degree preferred or high school graduate / equivalent
- Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds
- Requires standing and moving for an entire shift
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist
- Ability to safely climb up and down a ladder
- Ability to become forklift certified and operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as necessary
- Regular attendance is essential
- Some travel required
