Pay: $18.78 per hour (base) plus 2nd shift differential.

Job Summary: Production Helper I is an entry-level role in the Manufacturing department. The helper assists Manufacturing Operators operating assigned equipment and follows company SOPs, cGMP guidelines, and safety standards.

• Assist Manufacturing Operators with equipment start‑up, shutdown, and routine operation.
• Move and place required materials to support manufacturing processes.
• Support coating, compression, encapsulation, granulation, blending, or soft gel functions per batch records.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and maintenance according to SOP.
• Document activities in batch records, forms, and other GMP documents.
• Suggest process improvements related to safety, compliance, cost, and productivity.
• Report atypical occurrences, discrepancies, and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace and follow all safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Completion of departmental SOP, GMP, and other required qualifications.

Regular standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Requires close, distance, and color vision. Accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Non‑exempt hourly position at $18.78/hr plus 2nd shift differential. Eligible for an annual bonus aligned to individual and company performance.
