• Support Flavorists by compounding flavors precisely according to formulation sheets.
• Prepare samples for internal evaluations and organize flavor trials for easy reference.
• Maintain raw material inventory and ensure proper handling in compliance with GMP and GLP standards.
• Operate instruments to measure physical properties and accurately record data.
• Update project data and maintain accurate documentation of formulation changes and sensory results.
• Collaborate with Creation, Design, QC, and Sensory teams to ensure project success.
• Participate in tastings and provide constructive feedback to Flavorists.
• Assist with customer visits and presentations as needed.

• Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of compounding and formulation processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn formulation software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent record-keeping and workflow management skills.
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards.

• Understanding of flavor chemistry and sensory evaluation techniques.
• Previous experience in lab operations and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
