** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Support Flavorists by compounding flavors precisely according to formulation sheets.
* Prepare samples for internal evaluations and organize flavor trials for easy reference.
* Maintain raw material inventory and ensure proper handling in compliance with GMP and GLP standards.
* Operate instruments to measure physical properties and accurately record data.
* Update project data and maintain accurate documentation of formulation changes and sensory results.
* Collaborate with Creation, Design, QC, and Sensory teams to ensure project success.
* Participate in tastings and provide constructive feedback to Flavorists.
* Assist with customer visits and presentations as needed.
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
* Basic knowledge of compounding and formulation processes.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn formulation software systems.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent record-keeping and workflow management skills.
* Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
* Understanding of flavor chemistry and sensory evaluation techniques.
* Previous experience in lab operations and documentation.
* Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
